HNote Terms of Use

HNote is provided under a straightforward, non-transferable license for personal and professional use. You retain full ownership of all notes and data created within the application. We do not access, collect, or store your content on any external servers. All data remains strictly on your physical device, secured by hardware-backed encryption.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their local HNote database. While the application provides robust offline-first storage, HNote cannot recover lost data. Software updates are provided periodically, but HNote disclaims any liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
